How does the custom name t-shirt process work?

After you place your order, we'll review the name and details you provided. Our designer will create a unique, clever design based on your name's meaning or sound. We may share a mockup for your approval before printing (for complex designs).

What information do you need for a custom tee?

We need thenameto be designed, along with your preferredt-shirt color, fit (regular/oversized), and size. You can also share style preferences (e.g., "funny," "motivational") in the notes section.

Can I see the design before it's printed?

Yes! For custom name designs, we share a mockup via whatsapp for your approval before we start production. This ensures you love the final product.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery across India.

What is your return policy?

Due to the personalized nature of our custom t-shirts,we do not accept returns or exchangesunless the item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect. For regular (non-custom) items, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition.

How do I choose the right size?

Please refer to our detailed Size Guide[link to size chart] for accurate measurements. We offer both Regular and Oversized fits.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

We stand by our quality! If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at [thenamedrop7@gmail.com] with photos/video of the issue. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
